Harikrishna Pothina is Masters in Biotechnology (M.Sc. Biotech) from Tamil Nadu. After his post-graduation, he was selected for BITP (Biotech industrial training program) organized by BCIL (Biotech Consortium India Ltd), New Delhi sponsored by DBT (Dept of Biotechnology) Govt. of India. Mr. Harikrishna has worked in private limited companies in Andhra Pradesh and Maharastra as production manager and plant in-charge in Tissue culture production facilities. He has worked for many pilot-scale labs as a consultant in establishing TC labs.

Mrs. Sumalatha Pothina is the co-founder and Director of Finance and Administration at Microsun Bio Plants, where she plays a pivotal role in driving the company’s strategic growth and operational efficiency. With an MBA in Finance from the esteemed Osmania University in Hyderabad, Mrs. Pothina brings extensive expertise in financial management and organizational leadership.
In her capacity as Director of Finance, she oversees all financial operations, including budgeting, financial planning, reporting, and ensuring the company’s financial stability. Her leadership in this area ensures that Microsun Bio Plants maintains sound financial practices, enabling the organization to achieve sustainable growth and operational excellence.
Additionally, Mrs. Pothina provides overarching supervision of the company’s day-to-day administration. Her hands-on approach to managing operational workflows and ensuring organizational alignment is critical to the company’s continuous improvement and efficiency.
